A.ABOUT ORGANIZATION


Sworld Vietnam is seeking highly-motivated individuals, who have the interests in experiential education and SDGs as well as being open-minded and tolerant of cultural differences to join our dynamic environment and contribute to your self-elaboration.

Sworld Vietnam is a Vietnam-based social enterprise working in the field of Non-formal Education, SDGs and Culture-History promotion

Our mission is to coach and mentor Vietnamese young learners, via the form of experiential learning to naturally develop their English proficiency, leadership, multicultural skills to become global citizens. Also, we highly encourage our young adults to be socially-conscious, to embrace folk culture and history, and to bring the beauty of the S-shaped country closer to the world. 

We mainly focus on 4 areas such as skills development, awareness development on folk history and culture, community-driven projects and cultural exchange programs.

This summer, we are planning to organize summer programs for Vietnamese young learners to give them opportunities to develop themselves within Vietnam and overseas. Therefore, we are looking for international facilitators who share the same vision and passion with us to join our team and actualize our expectations.

B. PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

  • Position: Facilitator
  • Amount: 2-3 facilitators
  • Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam with occasion travels to other provinces (if required)
  • Working period: From July 20th, 2020 to Aug 09th, 2020
  • Opening date: to 15th June

Tasks

During the project, the applicants are required to do the following tasks: 

  • Facilitate our summer programs including Summer Camps and Summer Exchange Programs.
  • Support in the process of planning ideas for the programs.
  • Support in organizing cultural exchange programs and events.
  • Plan and develop your own projects (if any)

ELIGIBILITIES

The prospect applicants are expected to fully join our projects from May 1st, 2020 to Aug 18th, 2020 and must meet the following requirements:

  • Between 20 and 30 years of age.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English.
  • Commit to joining the entire projects from May 1st, 2020 to August 18th, 2020.
  • Be open-minded, willing to adapt to a new environment and have cultural difference tolerance.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate the interest and/or experiences in cultural exchange, non-formal education and sustainable development goals (SDGs) as well as experiences in working with young learners and young adults in youth development programs.
